If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund within 30 days with the following limitations. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any and all returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. You must obtain a return authorization number by Email Service@RedroseTexas.com or phone call. Refunds, exchanges, or credits will only be given within 30 days of the order. Items must be in the original packaging and properly re-packaged (folded) or you may incur an addtional re-packaging fee of of 10%. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. No refunds will be given after 30 days. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, additional shipping or handling charges may be incurred.
